Nordair A/S, Douglas DC-6, OY-AOB, c/n 42885.
Nordair started 60-09 by ex. SAS staff. In 61-02 SAS bought a 45% stake in the airline and the first flight took place 61-02-04 with DC-6 in a 80 seat configuration. SAS did all the maintenance on the DC-6 aircrafts. Nordair was grounded 1964 due to debt to SAS and went into bankruptcy. All charter agreements was taken over by the new SAS charter company Scanair. The founders of Nordair started a new charter company named Aero-Nord.
